The details of Unpaid/Unclaimed Dividends for the years 2009-2010 to 2016-2017
Pursuant to provision of Section 124 of the Companies Act, 2013 (and the erstwhile Sub-Section (2) of Section 205C of the Companies Act, 1956) and in terms of MCA-Notification dated 5th September 2016 on Investor Education and Protection Fund ('IEPF') and pursuant to provisions of IEPF Rules, 2016, the detailed information regarding Unpaid/Unclaimed Dividend amounts lying with the Company as on 9th August 2017 (i.e. the date of Annual General Meeting 2017) are uploaded in excel templates year wise for information of the Members of the Company, who have not encashed their Dividends for the financial years 2009-2010 to 2016-2017.
