  Following McLeod Russel's acquisition of the McLeod Russel Uganda Limited, Uganda, we now operate an exchange programme that allows management executives from all our regional operating zones to visit each other's estates and experience the variety of systems and cultures offered when working for McLeod Russel. We strongly believe that by broadening an individual's mind, through exposing them to new working environments creates a more complete manager, with greater skills and vision.
