  Originally a multi divisional Company with interests in Tea, Jute, Engineering, Reprographics among others, it become a Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) after all the manufacturing Divisions were hived off to several Group Companies. This is now the holding Company for other group cpmpanied. The Company being the major Group shareholding Company, the Group is popularly known as Williamson Magor Group (WM Group). The shares of the Company are listed on BSE, NSE, CSE & GSE.

• Eveready Industries India Limited

  Eveready is one of India's leading FMCG Companies. They are market leaders in dry cell batteries and flash lights. Its other products include CFL and GSL lamps. The Company has leading presence in the Packet Tea market in N. India The shares of the Company are listed on BSE, NSE and CSE.

• McNally Bharat Engineering Co. Limited (MBE)

  MBE is an engineering Company providing turnkey solutions in the areas of power, steel, aluminium, material handling, mineral beneficiation, pyroprocessing, coal washing, ash handling and industrial water supply, with technical collaborations with a number of leading overseas Companies. MBE is listed on BSE and NSE Stock Exchanges. It has a listed subsidiary i.e. Macneill Sayaji Engineering Limited engaged in manufacture of equipments for crushing, screening, milling, material handling etc.

• Kilburn Engineering Limited

  Originally Kilburn was a Division of Williamson Magor, now a separate entity having manufacturing facilities near Mumbai. The Company manufactures industrial drying systems specially for pharmaceuticals, chemicals, petrochemicals and food processing industries including Tea Industry. Listed on BSE and CSE Stock Exchanges.
