• Minimum Working Age To join as a Management Trainee on our tea estates, you need to be an unmarried graduate under 25 years of age. For Doctors/ Engineers/ Finance/ IT professionals, the minimum working age will be decided at the discretion of Management.
• Qualification Doctors - MBBS or MD/MS (specializations) Engineers - Engineering Degree Finance - Post Graduate Qualification IT - Graduate with a Certificate in IT from a recognized institution
• Written Tests/ Interviews We conduct written tests/ interviews for our Management Trainee positions. Should we find you eligible, we shall get in touch with you before the proposed written test/ interview. In case, you do not meet our requirements, we shall remove your details from our records after a period of one year.
